The car park has an excellent location, in the Barrio de las Letras and next to the Madrid-Atocha Renfe Station and within the "Paisaje de la Luz" declared World Heritage by UNESCO. Next to Parking Homely Atocha, with access via Cenicero Street nº 13, is Teatro Kapital, Caixaforum Madrid, Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Botanical Garden, Paseo del Prado, the Cuesta de Moyano, Prado Museum and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.
Save money by booking in our parking. For reservations made more than 24 hours in advance we have 30 minutes of courtesy in the parking lot.
Our car park offers spaces by the hour, for your casual visits to the area, or monthly subscriptions. Choose the one that best suits your needs: the 24-hour pass, the monthly day pass (from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday) or the night pass (from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday to Sunday).

IMPORTANT: This car park located in the Barrio de las Letras is within the Special Protection Low Emissions Zone zone (ZBEDET Madrid 360 – To access the ZBEDEP zone. the vehicle must have one of the 3 environmental labels, if it does not have of it can be purchased at any Post Office). When you access our parking, we have a license plate recognition system that reads your vehicle, and the license plate is sent to the City Council control center so that you are not penalized.
