The car park has an excellent location, in the heart of the Barrio de las Letras and next to the Madrid-Atocha Renfe Station and within the "Paisaje de la Luz" declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Next to the Homely Atocha Parking, which is accessed from Calle de Cenicero nº 13, is the Kapital Theater, Caixaforum Madrid, the Reina Sofía National Art Center Museum, the Botanical Garden, the Paseo del Prado, the Cuesta de Moyano, the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum.
IMPORTANT: This car park located in the Barrio de las Letras is within the Residential Priority Area (ZBEDEP Madrid 360) and to access this area ZBEDEP the vehicle must have one of the 3 environmental labels, if you do not have one they can be purchased at any Post Office. When you access our car park, we have a license plate recognition system that makes a reading of your vehicle, and the license plate is sent to the control center of the City Council so that it is not penalized.
